The Chen single sword form enables the student to understand and learn to project energy from the body to the end of the sword tip, and make play with the weapon as a continuous part of the body.
In this second workshop Shifu Liu will continue teaching the Chen Tai Ji Quan Sword routine step by step.
Suitable for those with taiji experience or Chen weapons/fan and hand forms.
With refreshment breaks and Q&A opportunities throughout the session.
