Two part workshop with Shifu Liu revising and teaching this traditional Chen routine. Laojia Yi Lu has 75 movements and is the basis of many other Chen style tai ji routines that use the underlying structure, you can see the references in the sequencing of other Chen hand routines.
There will be a refreshment breaks.
