Master Chen, Foundation Workshop

The first of Master Chen’s seminars is on the evenings of Monday 8 and at the Islington Chinese Association. The first workshop is in Foundation Chen Training including Silk Reeling practice, Zhang Zhuang standing practice and posture adjustment.
The son of Grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing, Master Chen Ziqiang is a 20th generation direct descendant of the Chen Family Taijiquan, the Chief Coach of the prestigious Chenjiagou Taijiquan School and a renowned tai ji champion in China and worldwide.
All students of Taijiquan are welcome
